Thank you Thank you. Just when I figured out how to become financially secure, no longer depending on an employer and subject to layoffs as I am now, New York does it again. Do they want me to stay on unemployment? Do they want people to day in and day out go to jobs they hate? Instead of paying me $405 every week, they could be collecting state taxes on $405 a day! What is wrong with these people? Thank you. Thank you Thank you. Two states that make this process very easy are Delaware and Nevada. The reason I chose Nevada is because they have no state income tax. Therefore, when it comes time to do your corporate tax return, you only have to file a federal and pay taxes to federal. This could amount to a lot of dollars saved. Nevada also does not disclose corporate facts, which is interesting to me because it's essentially a public company at this point, but Nevada will not divulge any information about your corporation such as your name, which will be on all the officer positions.
